The Cape Cod Hunger Network hosted a luncheon on Jan. 27, to thank its Cape-wide partners who worked so hard to help put healthy foods on pantry shelves.  This PDF file,  CCHN-S&SProjectCelebration1-27-12.pdf , by Christine Clements Stein of the Barnstable County Department of Human Services, briefly explains the project and the incredible support it received from:

  • Stop & Shop District 7
  • Local Stop & Shop stores throughout the Cape
  • Non-profit organizations, including Cape Abilities, Community Connections, Community Systems, Transitions Centers and Seven Hills
  • Cape Cod food pantries
  • Cape Cod Cooperative Extension
  • Barnstable County Department of Human Services
